Over four decades of CFO and executive financial leadership across public, private, nonprofit, and high-growth organizations — spanning medical devices, SaaS, biotech, manufacturing, and construction.

A seasoned financial executive, Ed has led finance, operations, and strategic transformation initiatives across public, private, nonprofit, and high-growth organizations. His extensive experience includes serving as CFO, Interim President, and senior financial leader in a variety of industries, where he has consistently delivered operational improvements and strengthened organizational performance.

Ed's expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, FP&A, fundraising, risk management, ERP implementations, business process redesign, and organizational restructuring. He has held CFO positions with Market Force Information, Greenbrook TMS (NASDAQ: GBNH), DYSIS Medical, Solsys Medical, KeraLink International, and Hycor Biomedical, while also serving in senior leadership roles with Given Imaging, Novoste, Gravograph, CryoLife, and Video Display Corporation. Throughout these roles, he has led complex credit facilities, supported public listings, managed investor and board relations, and directed due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.

Among his many accomplishments, Ed has successfully led multiple ERP implementations, including NetSuite and JD Edwards, reduced monthly close cycles from 21–25 days to as few as 2–7 days, and built scalable financial infrastructures that enabled rapid organizational growth. While serving as CFO of Market Force Information, he oversaw Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Contracts for a 215-employee organization, eliminated reliance on the company's line of credit for more than a year, and helped lead the business through a successful sale to a strategic buyer. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Ed began his career with Grant Thornton and remains a non-active CPA in the State of Georgia. His decades of experience continue to help business owners strengthen financial performance, clarify strategic goals, and unlock the full value of their organizations.
